How to Donate:
To make a donation, find a specific item that you like, and click on "add to cart". The new windows will pop up which will let you choose the amount of items you would like, item information and other specifications. Once you selected all the items you would like click on Proceed to Checkout on the bottom of the page. (Notice: You don't need to have a paypal account to donate, you may donate with a Credit / Debit card. )

After Donating:

You will need to send a Personal Message to Element on the forums. (You will need to register a forum account if you don't have one). Once that is done you will need to create a ticket* ingame with your donation transaction ID, name you used to donate with, date you donated on, and what you donated for. It's a good idea to have all the information ready so that GM can assist you as fast as possible.

* Notice it might take us up to 24 hours to process your donation(s) since we do it manually.

Item Exchanging:

If you are not satisfied with item(s) that you donated for you will be able to exchange those item(s) for different once, withing 48 hours after your donation was given out. The exchange option will be available one time on all donations options with exception of VIP, Faction Transfer or Character Rename.
To exchange your items that you donated for, you will need to create an in game ticket including the name, date, transaction id, and stating that you want to exchange a particular item(s).
